About our Judge

The Honorable Buddy Presley was appointed The Municipal Judge January 15, 2015 by the City Council. Judge Presley hears cases of traffic violations, city ordinance violations, and some state criminal violations.

The City has a Solicitor available at each court hearing that will be available to offer a Pretrial Diversion. The Georgia Pretrial Diversion Program is a supervised program designed to help first-time offenders avoid having their cases go to trial. Upon completion of the Pretrial Diversion Program, offenders can ensure all charges are dismissed and potentially expunged from his or her record.
