Living Here

Though a state line runs through us we are “One Mountain, One Community.”  Our police and fire fighters of both the City and Town of Lookout Mountain support each other, and our Recreational Board supports team sports for both the City and the Town.

Our vision as stated in our Comprehensive Plan is to seek to preserve and enhance the peaceful and beautiful nature of our mountain and community.  We encourage you to get out and enjoy the bounty the mountain has to offer!

Check our Calendar to stay up to date on the events held throughout the course of the year.
