The proposed amendment would, among other things, prohibit the erection of chain link fences in the City of Lookout Mountain except in cases of extreme hardship. The public is still invited and encouraged to comment.
The concerns of dog control and newer types and colors of fences that may be available lead the City Council to table this amendment while they gather more information.
