Minutes of the
PUBLIC HEARING
For the
City of Lookout Mountain, Georgia
June 15, 2006

PRESIDING: Thomas G. Gifford, Mayor

PRESENT: Council Members Dennis G. Eischeid, Catherine Kelley, Daniel Pettway, Ray Seipp, Chief Wallace Taylor and City Attorney William H. Pickering.  Also present were Joe Pinion, John Tallman and Holly Cowart

CALLED TO ORDER: Mayor Gifford called the public hearing to order at 5:15 p.m. at 1214 Lula Lake Road, Lookout Mountain, Georgia.

BUDGET:  Mayor Gifford opened the public hearing and presented the Council and those present with the proposed operating budget for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2006, and ending June 30, 2007 and the amended budget for fiscal year beginning July 1, 2005 and ending June 30, 2006.

There being no one present for or against the budget the public hearing was thereupon adjourned.
