Blair was introduced to Lookout Mountain in 1989 by Tiffany Hartman Ramey and they have been married for 17+ years. Blair and Tiffany visited frequently over the next 8 years and began to build a strong affinity for Lookout Mountain. In October 1997, Blair and Tiffany made a commitment to move to Lookout Mountain where they are raising their family of 1 gerbil, 2 frogs, 2 sons, and 3 dogs. Blair and Tiffany have lived within the Lookout Mountain, GA city limits for 8 of the past 12 years.
Blair received his education from Wake Forest University where he earned a Bachelors of Arts, Economics, and a Masters in Business Administration, Marketing and General Management. Blair has worked in Marketing and Business Management since 1993. He has been employed by Chattem, Inc. since July, 1998, and he is an officer of the company and serves as a Vice-President of Marketing, New Brand Development, and Media.
Blair has recently served as one of 5 members on the Executive Committee of the Fairyland Club. He is a member of the Church of the Good Shepherd and has served on the Good Shepherd School board, as a youth leader, and worked on the stewardship campaign and participated on a long range planning committee. In his spare time, Blair enjoys coaching LMRA sports, walking his dogs, working out, and playing tennis among other activities.
